Tempath is operated by Therappi Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16765275. Its registered office is Thames House, 77-77a High Street, Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom, KT10 9QA.
What Tempath is
Tempath is an educational and practice app for developing intuition. It does not provide paid readings, medical or psychological care, diagnosis, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional support.
Using the service
You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your account secure and for using the service lawfully and respectfully. Tempath must not be used to read minors or make claims about death, health or pregnancy.
Subscriptions
Paid access is offered monthly or annually at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Final payment, renewal and refund terms will be confirmed at checkout before launch.
Soul Guidance
Soul Guidance is the only metered AI feature. Its allowance and any optional top-up cost will be shown before use. AI output can be incomplete or mistaken and should be considered rather than treated as fact or professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the journal entries, impressions and other original material you add. You give Tempath the limited permission needed to store, process and display that material back to you as part of the service.
Availability and changes
Tempath may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn when reasonably necessary. Material changes to paid access or these terms should be communicated clearly before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live.
