What Tempath holds

Tempath may hold the account details you provide, your subscription status, app settings, journal entries, card work, sealed impressions, later outcomes and support messages. If you join the waitlist, Tempath records your email address, when you gave consent and whether your confirmation email was sent. Technical information may also be processed to keep the service secure and working correctly.

Why it is used

Tempath processes information when it is necessary to provide the service you request, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as keeping the service secure and improving how it works. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it.

  • To provide your account and save your practice record.
  • To process subscriptions and manage access.
  • To operate, secure and improve the service.
  • To respond when you contact support.
  • To meet legal and regulatory duties.

Your journals and impressions

Your journals and impressions remain yours. Tempath does not sell them. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide, secure and support the service.

AI and Soul Guidance

Only material you deliberately submit to Soul Guidance is processed for that feature. The rest of your Tempath practice is not automatically sent to an AI service. Read the AI transparency page for more detail.

Who information is shared with

Tempath may use carefully selected providers for hosting, payments, customer support, analytics and the optional Soul Guidance feature. They may process information only to provide their contracted service. Details will be kept under review as the service develops. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

International transfers

Where a provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, Tempath will use an approved safeguard or another lawful transfer mechanism required by UK data protection law.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time. To make a request, email support@tempath.app. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here or required by law. Tempath uses appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Children

Tempath is not designed for children and must not be used to read minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@tempath.app.
